2016 Dinner & Dance

The Menu for the 2016 Presentation Dinner, cost £30 per head, to be held at the Northwood Golf Club on Saturday, 12th November 2016 will be:
STARTER
Fanned Honeydew Melon, garnished with fruits and drizzled with blueberry & balsamic reduction
Or
Smoked Salmon & Tuna Mousse, wrapped in smoked salmon, served with zesty lemon & dill oil
MAIN
Lightly Baked Seabass, filled with mascarpone & watercress mousse, served with lime & butter sauce
Or
Chicken Breast, stuffed with sage & pine nut wrapped in bacon, served with red wine & mushroom sauce
DESSERT
Rich Chocolate Brownie, topped with black cherry & red wine sauce, served with vanilla ice cream
Or
Fresh Fruit Salad, soaked in a rose & star anise syrup
