Social Play and Booking
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Club closed in March 2020..
Following approval by London Borough of Hillingdon of our limited play scheme, from 15th June 2020 the Club re-opened for social play, that is informal play amongst members of pairs, single matches and individual practice. The Green is open to players registered on our new online booking system and who have booked a rink. To assist members in arranging matches with each other a Contact List (correct as at 10th July) showing those members who have signed up to play, is available on the Members' Area/Members Contact information page; it will be updated on receipt of new forms. (Any difficulty in accessing the members area, please contact email@example.com )
For the safety of all, we regret that no spectators are allowed on Club premises and the Clubhouse remains closed; only those players playing their pre-booked games are allowed on the premises at anytime, with social distancing being strictly observed.
The Limited Play Scheme
To register to play, playing members must carefully read the Letter to Members (which was sent to all members on 13th June 2020 and updated on 22nd June) so the conditions that apply and what is expected of players is fully understood. The Letter is also available on the Members' Area/Members Contact information page. Before being able to book, players must sign and return the registration form at the end of the letter.
The Booking System
Once you have received confirmation of registration, you will be sent a copy of the booking system user guide to let you book rinks at fastcourts.com/clubs/EastcoteBowlingClub
For ease of reference, a copy of the User guide is available here,
