OPEN DAYS!
COME AND TRY OUT THIS FRIENDLY AND ENJOYABLE SPORT
EVERYONE IS WELCOME! YOUNG & THE YOUNG AT HEART!
PLEASE WEAR TRAINERS OR FLAT SOLED SHOES – ALL OTHER NECESSARY EQUIPMENT WILL BE PROVIDED
ADVICE & COACHING AVAILABLE ON THE DAY
FULL CURRENT COVID REGULATIONS APPLY
Normally we are relaxed about how long these sessions can be but as numbers on site have to be limited under current Covid guidance, if we get busy we will have to restrict sessions to about 30 minute ‘greentime’, so prior booking will be really helpful to everybody. If you can make one of the dates, please contact Jan Rush (janet74rush@gmail.com, or phone/text 07757 652 028) and advise a time convenient for you and a contact number, and she will confirm the booking in due course. Should we not be able to fit you in on one of the days, please let Jan know if there is another morning or afternoon in the week which works for you and she’ll try to arrange for one of our coaches to meet with you.
But if you can’t pre-book, just turn up and we’ll make mutually convenient arrangements
