Pre-season Working Party

EASTCOTE BOWLS CLUB - President’s working party day

This year’s general working party day will be held on Sunday 21st April starting at 10:00

The jobs we require doing are: -

Install green netting to fence adjacent to tennis courts.

Position all benches around the bowls green.

Remove all plastic tables and chairs from storage shed and relocate to patio at the end of the clubhouse.

Prepare and stain benches as necessary.

Clean out ditches around Green and replace rubber mats.

Clean all windows (inside and outside)

Stain woodwork as required.

Decking to be cleaned and treated.

De-weed paving

General sweep up

Paint step edging in yellow paint.

Clean kitchen thoroughly and give fridge a deep clean.

Empty and sort out small tool shed (next to equipment shed) – be ruthless!!

And any other jobs you can see that need doing.

Brooms

Dustpan and brush

Tea/Coffee and bacon rolls will be provided by the club if we can get a volunteer to work the kitchen!
