Remember! Subscription Day 2017

Committee members will be in the Clubhouse on Friday, 7 April 2017 from 2pm to 4pm and from 7pm to 7.30pm to receive your completed subscription forms and, most importantly, your money!
You can download a copy of the Subscription form using the link at the bottom of the 2017 AGM page.
If you prefer, or are not available on the day, you can send your form and cheque, prior to Subs Day, to the Treasurer, Mike Milward at 63 Ferncroft Avenue, Eastcote, HA4 9JE. Cheques should be made payable to Eastcote Bowling Club.
Alternatively you can pay by transferring your subscription directly to the Club's bank account using the account details shown on the subscription form - enter your name as the Payment Reference to identify your payment. It is important that you complete the Subscription form, including the date when you made the transfer, and send it to Mike at the above address, or email it to michael.milward@btinternet.com, or bring it on Subs Day.
Please note when completing the form, if you enter club competitions (and we hope you will!) you must ensure that you will be available to play on Finals Day, Saturday 9th September 2017.
